Conclusion

The TEs sure knew how to celebrate National Tight Ends Day, with a season-best 18 players hitting ten or more PPR points this week. Five exceeded 20 points, just three less than the WRs this week. The trade of Amari Cooper and the switch at QB paid off for competent Fantasy Football Managers who invested in Cedric Tillman, who finished WR3 this week. Eight WRs exceeded 20 PPR points, just one behind the RBs this week. Twenty-five WRs exceeded 15 points this week, above the median for this season.

The return of Tua to the Dolphins lineup sparked the running game more than the receivers this week, with both Achane and Mostert posting solid games. Twenty-five RBs also topped 15 points this week. Jameis Winston had zero rust and posted a great match out of the box. Brown's defense is much weaker this year, which should give him a chance to shine in fake football.

The only thing that has kept Jordan Love from hitting 25 or more points in every game this season has been an injury. Baker Mayfield had a down week for him, which was still suitable for QB10 for the week. Good luck in week nine.
