Conclusion

All is well in the world again, with Patrick Mahomes leading the way in Fantasy Football production for the first time this season. The consensus QB2 in drafts this year, quite a few articles were written asking if Mahomes should be dropped. Never doubt the Back Class, but with that stout Chiefs defense usually shutting down the opposition, so don’t expect Superman every week until the postseason. Only 3 QBs topped 25 points this week, the third-worst performance of the season.

Speaking of Superman, Saquon Barkley put on his second excellent prime-time performance in a row and is on pace to set the record for rushing yards, albeit with one more game to get it done. It always pays to shop the waiver wire, and Ameer Abdullah had a solid match with every other RB missing in action with the Raiders. Bucky Irving is showing he was the best rookie RB in this class and is now the top RB with an excellent offense down in Tampa.

Defenses are starting to work hard to limit Justin Jefferson in that Vikings passing game, and that has helped Jordan Addison emerge as a terrific starter. That was his fourth game with over 15 points and his third in the last four games. Several WR tandems showed that playing them both is okay if a game has a high passing volume.

Johnnu Smith continues to have a career year at TE even after his previous best season last year. He has become a solid 2nd or 3rd option in the Dolphins passing offense, which has been terrific since Tua returned to the lineup. Trey McBride had another great game without making it into the endzone. He has eight games over 10 PPR Points in 10 tries this season and is yet to score a receiving TD. He could emerge as the best Fantasy Football TE in the game if he starts finding the endzone more often. Have a very Happy Thanksgiving, and the best of luck in week thirteen.
