Conclusion

Back-to-back elite weeks for Mark Andrews, was it a mirage? Before the season, the combo of data sets from Professor John Bush and myself was very high on George Kittle, and he continues to be the best value among the elite TEs. Cole Kmet continues to shine with spike weeks as the cheaper option at the position. The combined metrics were also high on Chris Godwin, and he had another fantastic week.

There was an even split between RB and WR positions, with ten performances at an elite level or higher. Some of the substitute RBs, like Tyrone Tracey, Bucky Irving, and Sean Tucker, had such great games that it might be tough to keep them off the field. Joe Mixon was back and as good as ever, and Derrick Henry continues to be the king of the RB position this season. Baker Mayfield, Jordan Love, and Caleb Williams are showing that elite performance at QB doesn’t always come at a pre-season elite cost. Good luck in week seven.
